Under the support of “Young Scientist Exchange Program between Republic of Korea and People’s Republic of China”, associate professor WANG Peng came to work in the lab of professor Young Soo Kang in Sogang University, Korea for 1 year. During this period, he focused on the design of novel photocatalyst for dye degradation. The relevant results have been submitted to the SCI journal. 

In Korea, doctor Wang had visited many distinguished companies, including POSCO, Doosan Infracore, Accelerator lab. in POSTECT and so on Within this visit, thay had listened to the briefing about the companies, and conducted an exchange on corrosion and protection technologies. This visit established a good foundation for further cooperation between China and Korean.  

Furthermore, doctor Wang have attended several research seminars, and had a deep discussion with famous professors. It is helpful for the future research work and also help to enhance the reputation of IOCAS.
