PERSONAL PROFILE:
A senior research professor and tutor of Ph.D, Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IOCAS), the professor of Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chief Scientist of project of the Yellow Sea Environment Cooperative Research between China and Korea, the president of Chinese Chemical Society for Oceanology & Liminology, vice president of Chinese Society of Oceanographic Chemistry, vice president of Qingdao Association for Instrumental Analysis.

HONORS AND AWARDS:
The award recipient of National Science Foundation for Chinese Outstanding Young Scientists, 100 Talents Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), National Award for Youth in Science and Technology, national-level member of New Century Top Talent Project in China, and State Council Special Needs Allowance.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
Mainly be engaged in researching on marine biogeochemistry. Pioneered the field of biogeochemistry in the sediment-seawater interface in China, established a set of research methods on marine chemistry of sediment-seawater interface, and proposed new concepts for characterization of surrounding eco-environment of sediment-seawater interface. Up to now, published more than 180 papers.
