I focus on molecular ecology in zooplanktons and deep sea metazoans. I'm trying to underlie Molecular adaption strategy of deep sea mussels and coastal zooplanktons like Calanus sinicus and Aurelia aurita by molecular methods such as comparative transcriptomics, population genetics and genomics. DNA barcoding and environmental barcoding is another focus of my research.
