Professional Memberships:(组织任职)

Member, Corrosion and Protection Society of Shandong Province and Qingdao City (2019- )

Research Interests:(研究领域)

Pitting corrosion of steels; crevice corrosion assisted by mechanical factors; corrosion of biomedical materials.

Academic Achievements:(科研成果)

Pitting corrosion behaviors of iron and stainless steels in radioactive waste environment have been characterized, including pitting initiation and propagation in full and partial immersion areas. The formation of solid corrosion products within pit has been proposed and quantitatively studied for the first time.

Corrosion of biomedical Ti, stainless steels and CrCoMo alloys have been studied in complicated simulants, and corrosion mechanisms have been proposed including synergistic effect of various species, oxide film, etc.

Crevice corrosion coupled with mechanical factors have been researched in-situ via self-developed devices.

Study on corrosion cost in China has been carried out thoroughly based on more than 30 industrial sectors.
